We offer you exploring this destination with our “quick escapade”. You will have an opportunity to visit the extinct volcano, ceremonial village of Orongo or to relax nearby the Pacific Ocean.

Day 1. Easter Island: arrivals

Day 3. Easter Island
Regular Full Day excursion (approx. 7-8 hours) with English speaking guide. The first stop takes you to a not restored Ahu called VAIHU situated in the HANGA TE’E bay on the islands southern coast. You continue to the region of AHU AKAHANGA, where according to legend, the tomb of the famous King HOTU MATUA rests. Afterwards, you arrive at one of the most important cultural sites of Rapa Nui, the quarry of RANO RARAKU, where about 900 statues were manufactured, 397 still sit or stand in different stages of tailoring and transportation. You continue to AHU TONGARIKI, restored in 1995, with its 15 standing statues. The penultimate site you visit is the “umbilicus of the world” together with the Ahu TE PITO KURA. Eventually, you arrive at the beach of ANAKENA where you can find two platforms, the Ahu NAU NAU and the Ahu ATURE HUKI both restored. Here you can enjoy the warm waters of the Pacific and take a rest at the beach. Afterwards, you return to the hotel. Overnight on Easter Island, standard room.

Farewell and transfer out to the airport.
Important: we require every passenger to possess the travel insurance which will be valid for your stay in Easter Island, Chile. There are many providers of such insurance. Your travel insurance must provide cover against personal accident, death, medical expenses and emergency repatriation with a recommended minimum coverage of US$200,000 for each of the categories of cover. We also strongly recommend to buy insurance which covers cancellation, curtailment, personal liability and loss of luggage and personal effects.

- The balance: £449 per person paid to our trustee account. Please, notice that the full balance has to be paid at least 55 days before departure.

Up to 55 days before the departure – Tauri Travel will retain the deposit.
54 – 0 days before the departure – Tauri Travel will retain 100% of the payment.
