Our tours are very flexible regarding the dates so you can choose flights which e.g. are the cheapest or which match your holidays. Before going for a tour with us, we strongly advise you to make an appointment at your surgery with a health professional (ideally 4-6 weeks before the departure). With a health professional, you should discuss all the vaccines which are compulsory and recommended for visiting given countries. We offer tours to South America so we support charities which operate on this continent. Although you are not forced to pay the whole amount for the journey immediately, we require you to pay a deposit which is not refundable. We use this deposit in order to make some reservations for your tour. Also, it is a form of security for our company. Therefore, the answer is no. The deposit is not refundable.
If your group consists of more than 10 people, our policy is following: we cannot accept more than 10 people on a tour, so standard booking is not possible, however, please contact our team. If the group is up to 16 people, there is a chance that we can create an identical or similar tour as you wanted to book. Then, you can enjoy dream holidays with the people that are important for you. But please note that this option depends much on when you’d like to go as well as what are the destinations and attractions. For instance, we cannot organise a tour for such a big group for Galapagos Islands.
